- The Delegation of the Ukrainian National Council in Lviv was constituted on 27 Oct 1918 and took over the functions of the Ukrainian National Council on 30 or 31 Oct 1918, claiming the authority over all Ukrainian territories in Galicia, Bukovina and Hungary since 1 Nov 1918. After the seizure of Lviv by the armed forces of Poland (22 Nov 1918), the delegation ceased to function.
- The deputy chairmen, Ivan Kyveljuk and Ivan Makux (Іван Макух) were elected at the meeting of the delegation on 27 Oct 1918 in Lviv. Makux was elected in absentia and did not exercise the functions of office being absent from Lviv. Hankevyč was approved as the deputy chairman shortly before 1 Nov 1918. After the appointment of Levycʹkyj to the office of the President of the Council of State Secretaries (9 Nov 1918), the presidential functions devolved on the deputy chairmen (Kyveljuk and Hankevyč).
