[1]	After the death of Tán Yánkǎi the functions of office devolved on Vice Head of the Executive Yuan Sòng Zǐwén who was confirmed in his position by a resolution of the National Government of 25 Sep 1930, acting on decisions of the Central Political Council (Zhōngyāng zhèngzhì huìyì \| 中央政治會議).
[2]	Sòng Zǐwén was discharged by a resolution of the Supreme Council for National Defence (Guófáng zuìgāo wěiyuánhuì \| 國防最高委員會) on 1 Mar 1947 which also teporarily assigned the duties of Head of the Executive Yuan to the President of the National Government.
