- An 11-member revolutionary executive committee (revolučný výkonný výbor) was elected in Prešov on 16 Jun 1919 and convened for the first time on 20 Jun 1919 in Košice, where it immediately proceeded with the election of the Revolutionary Governing Council (Revolučná vládna ráda), with Janoušek elected as chairman.
