  1. As chairman of the Provisional People's Government of the Republic of Poland (Tymczasowy Rząd Ludowy Republiki Polskiej).
  2. Daszyński was named Prime Minister in absentia by a proclamation issued in Lublin on 7 Nov 1918. After his arrival to Lublin, he was approved in the office at the meeting of the Provisional People's Government held during the night of 7/8 Nov 1918. Daszyński left Lublin and arrived to Warsaw on 11 Nov 1918 where he was appointed Prime Minister by Supreme Commander of the Polish Armed Forces Piłsudski on 14 Nov 1918 and entrusted with forming a new government. The Provisional People's Government in Lublin continued to function until 17 Nov 1918, when the list of ministers drafted by Daszyński, including Jędrzej Moraczewski as Prime Minister, was appointed in Warsaw.
