- The president and members of the Presidium were appointed at the session of the Anti-fascist Assembly for the National Liberation of Macedonia held in the St. Prohor Pčinjski Monastery (now in Serbia) on 2 Aug 1944. The Presidium was constituted at its first meeting on 6 Aug 1944.
