2 May 1941 judicial decisions and other legally enforceable instruments are to be executed in the name of the Greek Nation (Ellēniko Ethnos | Ελληνικό Έθνος), the Hellenic State (Hellēnikē Politeia | Ελληνική Πολιτεία) is included in the inscription on the state seal in accordance with a legislative decree issued by the Council of Ministers on 30 Apr 1941, effective upon publication on 2 May 1941 (Greece Government Gazette, Part A, No. 151, 2 May 1941, pp. 763-764)
12 Oct 1944 the authority of royal government of Greece is restored in the capital (Athens) with the installation of a government committee on 12 Oct 1944 (Eleutheria, No. 44, 13 Oct 1944, p. 2)
