  1. 1/13 Jan 1822 is the date appearing in the text of the document. The actual date of adoption may differ.
  2. The Political Constitution of Greece of 1827 routinely refers to the polity as Hellas (Ελλάς), Hellēnikē Epikrateia (Ελληνική Επικράτεια) and/or Hellēnikē Politeia (Ελληνική Πολιτεία). Since the date of installation of the Vice-gubernatorial Committee on 3/15 Apr 1827, Hellēnikē Politeia and sometimes Politeia tēs Ellados (Πολιτεία της Ελλάδος) were consistently used in the headline of legislative acts and executive orders up to the arrival of King Othōn (25 Jan/6 Feb 1833).
