[1] Deposed and demoted to prince: Jìnān wáng (晉安王) [551].
[2] Abdicated and demoted to prince: Huáiyīn wáng (淮陰王) [552].
[3] Abandoned the capital, Jiangling, and fled to the east, reaching the territory of the modern province of Jiangsu where he was murdered (26 May 552).
[4] Shìzǔ was captured by the forces of Western Wei after the fall of Jiangling (7 Jan 555) and murdered shortly after (27 Jan 555).
[5] Xiāo Yuānmíng was de facto deposed on 27 Oct 555; formal abdication was proclaimed on 29 Oct 555.
