26 May 1918 the Armenian National Council (Hayoc’ Azgayin Xorhourd | Հայոց ազգային խորհուրդ) temporarily assumed administrative functions over the Armenian provinces in accordance with a resolution passed at the meeting of the National Council held on 26 May 1918 in Tiflis (now Tbilisi, Georgia) (Armenia Independence Documents, pp. 14-22)
30 May 1918 the Armenian National Council is declared "supreme and sole authority of the Armenian provinces" in accordance with a declaration presented to the National Council at the meeting held on 30 May 1918 in Tiflis (Armenia Independence Documents, pp. 30-34)
15 Jun 1918 the Yerevan Provincial Armenian National Council (Erewani Nahangakan Hayoc’ Azgayin Xorhourd | Երևանի Նահանգական Հայոց Ազգային Խորհուրդ) and its board (varčout’youn | վարչություն) assumed the functions of government, pending the arrival of the Armenian National Council, in accordance with a resolution of the meeting of the Yerevan National Council of 15 Jun 1918 in Yerevan (Armenia Independence Documents, pp. 78-79)
20 Jul 1918 the Armenian National Council began to exercise its functions in Yerevan at the joint meeting of the Armenian National Council and Yerevan Armenian National Council (Armenia Independence Documents, pp. 173-180) [1]
20 Jul 1918 - 2 Dec 1920 Hayastani Hanrapetoutʻyoun (Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն) | Republic of Armenia [1][2]
2 Dec 1920 the government of the Republic of Armenia relinquished its authority and recognized the establishment of the Socialist Soviet Republic of Armenia in accordance with an agreement signed by the representatives of the Republic of Armenian and the Russian SFSR on 2 Dec 1920 (Armenia Documents Collection 1918-1920, pp. 383-384)
