- The Committee was constituted in Yerevan during a military revolt against the authorities of the Socialist Soviet Republic of Armenia (18 Feb 1921). Yerevan remained under control of the Committee to 2 Apr 1921 when it was forced to move to southeastern Armenia. At the meeting held at the Tatev Monastery on 21 Apr 1921, the Committee agreed to dissolve itself.
