Four meetings of the delegates appointed by several towns of the Province of Maryland historically known as the Conventions of Maryland were in session during the following periods: 22 Jun 1774, 25 Jun 1774 (First Convention), 21 Nov 1774 - 25 Nov 1774 (Second Convention), 8 Dec 1774 - 12 Dec 1774 (Third Convention), and 24 Apr 1775 - 3 May 1775 (Fourth Convention).
